Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE

Each instrument is entirely handcrafted in Morocco by skilled local artisans, using only natural materials such as wood, camel leather, horn, and more.

The making of a Guembri requires a minimum of three months of careful, passionate craftsmanship.
This long and meticulous process reflects our deep commitment to authenticity and quality.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds: each order represents a serious investment of time, skill, and natural resources, which we treat with the utmost respect.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges after the order has been shipped, unless a confirmed error has been made on our end. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Handmade Instruments – Natural Imperfections

Our instruments are 100% handmade by skilled artisans using natural materials such as solid wood, camel leather, and horn.
Due to the organic nature of these materials, minor marks, natural texture differences, or color variations may occur. These are not flaws, but rather part of the instrument’s authentic character.

3. Pre-shipment Verification – Full Transparency

Before shipping, we send the customer clear photos and/or video of the instrument, including key parts such as the saddle, body, and strings.
Once the customer confirms the item, we proceed to carefully package it in a thick, protective box. After it has been handed over to the courier in perfect condition, we are no longer responsible for any damage that may occur in transit.

4. Acceptance of Terms

Sending payment means you fully accept these terms and conditions.
Once you receive the photos or video and approve the instrument, no claims or disputes will be accepted. Attempting to keep the instrument while requesting a refund is considered fraud.

5. Custom Orders

Custom instruments (with engravings, initials, custom sizing, or unique requests) cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once production has begun.

6. Returns (in exceptional cases only)

Returns are only accepted with prior written approval.
If a return is granted, a refund will be issued only after we receive the instrument in its original condition, fully intact. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Fraud Protection & Legal Action

We document every step of our process — from photos, videos, to written conversations. In the event of a dispute, we submit all proof to PayPal or the appropriate legal authorities.
Any attempt to scam, defraud, or make false claims will be immediately reported and may result in legal action.

8. Jurisdiction

In the case of any unresolved dispute, we will first seek an amicable solution.
If none is reached, the matter will be handled by the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
